Video & Voice Call coming to your DMs

We’re happy to announce that Video Chatting and Voice Calls are coming to your DM’s! Let’s take your chatting experience to the next level. Whether you prefer texting your friends, face-to-face conversations or audio only chats, we now cater to your preferences.

Befriending strangers through text chatting is one thing. Video chatting and voice calling will offer even more ways for users to communicate, allowing you to see and hear the people you’re chatting with.

For now, these features are being introduced as beta. This means they’re still experimental and a work in progress - you might encounter bugs or glitches. This beta is going to run for 14 days, free for everyone. Users can voice call or video chat with their friends in DM’s. During these 14 days, our Chitchat.gg Team will constantly be on the watch and improving these features more.

After the beta, these features will only become accessible to premium users. Since Chitchat.gg doesn’t monetize through ads, maintaining these expensive features is only possible by limiting their access.

In the future, our plan is to release video chatting for everyone, even outside of your DM’s, meaning you will be able to meet random strangers just like you used to on platforms like Omegle.
